Fail #5

At the library on January 13... not even a Friday the 13th and I still couldn't get a full day of service from my carrier. Service was in and out, per the norm when I'm at the library. Tried to send a text but it didn't go through. It went through on the second try. Got a call that I had to decline but the corresponding voicemail didn't show up on my phone until I got home about an hour later.
